Walnut Ridge, Ark. – The snowstorm that hit Northeast Arkansas last Thursday evening postponed the conclusion of the 55th Annual Williams Baptist College High School Tournament. The boy's and girl's bracket had reached the semifinals before the weather delay.
Williams announced the makeup dates on Sunday evening. The semifinals will be played on Wednesday, December 11 and Thursday, December 12. The winners will meet on Wednesday, December 18, for the championship.
The first semifinal will be played at 7 p.m., on Dec. 11. It will be the girl's matchup between Marmaduke and Southside. The boy's game will be played between Riverside and Maynard, with tip-off scheduled for 8:20 p.m.
On Dec. 12, the first game will be the other girl's semifinal matchup between Corning and Tuckerman at 6 p.m. Following that game, Bay's boys will play against Pocahontas, with the game scheduled to begin at 7:20 p.m.
The girl's championship will be played at 6 p.m. on Dec. 18, while the boy's will follow at approximately 7:30 p.m.
