Walnut Ridge, Ark. - The Williams Baptist College golf program traveled to Hot Springs, Ark., Oct. 1-3 to compete at the Henderson State University Fall Invitational. The Eagles finished with a score of 979, placing 10th at the three round, two day tournament.
Reece Posey (FR/Saginaw, Texas) led the way for the team, finishing in 33rd place with a score of 234. He shot 80, 74, 80 over the three rounds. Following him was Hill McCrory (FR/Madison, Ala.) who shot 79, 75, 85, which placed him 46th. Jacob Webb (FR/Drasco, Ark.) shot a combined 252, and Jordon Dennis (FR/Hughes Springs, Texas) finished with 254 to round out WBC's official scorers.
The team finished behind ninth place Centenary College, which fired a 947. A total of 12 teams took part in the tourney.
